Fuenteseca Cosecha Blanco 2020 is a rare expression of terroir-driven tequila, crafted under the vision of master distiller Enrique Fonseca. Unlike traditional blancos, this “Cosecha” (harvest) release highlights a single estate and vintage agave crop, capturing the pure identity of the land in its most unfiltered form.

Produced from carefully selected, fully mature Blue Weber agave grown at high elevations, this tequila showcases a deeper, more complex profile than typical blancos. It is distilled with precision and rested before bottling at a higher proof, delivering both structure and intensity while preserving the raw essence of agave.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
Vibrant and layered aromas of fresh and cooked agave, wild herbs, citrus peel, and floral tones. Subtle minerality and hints of pepper and tropical fruit add depth.  

Palate:
Rich and expressive with a full-bodied mouthfeel. Notes of sweet agave, citrus zest, earthy minerals, baking spices, and green herbs unfold in waves, creating a balance of brightness and savory complexity.  

Finish:
Long, elegant, and slightly warming, with lingering tones of pepper, agave sweetness, and subtle herbal dryness.
