Alambique Serrano Blend #1 is a 55.6% ABV single-origin Oaxacan rum distilled from 100% fresh sugar-cane juice. It is a blend of column-still and pot-still rum, aged in ex-Cognac and virgin French oak casks.

This is a bold, full-flavored sipping rum with natural cane sweetness, baking spice, toasted oak, dried fruit, and a rich Cognac-cask influence. The pot-still component gives it extra weight and character, while the high proof makes it especially appealing to bourbon, rye, and agricole-rum drinkers.
